Joe LaMantia III is a seasoned professional with over 32 years of experience in the beverage distribution industry. After completing his studies at Southern Methodist University, where he excelled as an All-American water polo athlete, Joe joined his family’s business, L&F Distributors, in 1978. Initially overseeing sales in Willacy and Cameron counties, he now manages operations across 34 counties, as well as the company’s MIS computer and advertising departments.

In addition to his role at L&F Distributors, Joe is currently President of BevCap Captive Group. His leadership extends to various other ventures, including Viva Van Rentals, Retro Health, and Texas Medical Management. Joe’s dedication to his industry is further highlighted by his involvement with the Texas Association of Broadcasters and his past chairmanship of the Anheuser-Busch Panel committee.

He has also served in leadership roles in various other ventures like Homogenous Property and casualty insurance captive, BevCap Health Captive (2013), BevCap sponsored Cell Captive (2015), Texas Medical Management among others.
